Cancellation policy
We will attempt to cancel orders made within 30 minutes of purchase upon request. Once we process your order, we cannot cancel or modify it due to our buyer and seller protection policies. Upon receipt of your order, we’ll provide instructions for returning the merchandise.
To cancel your order, reply to your order confirmation email to begin the process. We ask customers to verify their order and shipping details before completing checkout.
You may return your unworn, unlaundered, or unaltered garments for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Items returned after the 10-day post-delivery period will be issued store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase. This does not apply to pre-order items. Refunds/store credit may take up to 7-10 business days to be issued due to inspection. Garments assessed as worn, altered, or laundered will be returned to the customer.
