Refund policy

HOW DO I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?  

We will attempt to cancel orders made within the first 30 minutes of purchase upon request. Once we process your order, we are unable to cancel it or modify it due to our buyer and seller protection policies. Upon receipt of your order, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the merchandise.  

To cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation email to begin the process.  We kindly ask our customers to verify your order and shipping details before completing the checkout process.  

You may return your unworn, unlaundered or unaltered garments for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Items returned after the 10 post-delivery will be issued a store credit which can be used towards a future purchase. Refunds/store credit may take up to 7-10 business days to be issued due to inspection. Garments assessed as worn, altered, or laundered will be returned to the customer.
